Sellmora is a conversational CRM that captures, qualifies, and helps you follow up with leads across messaging channels, assisted by our AI, Liam. We may update or improve features over time.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your credentials. Keep your password secure; enable two-factor authentication where available.

You agree not to use Sellmora for unlawful messaging, spam, or any activity that violates the policies of connected providers (e.g. the WhatsApp Business Platform) or applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your contacts.

You retain ownership of the data you put into Sellmora. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Liam's analysis, scores, and suggested replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are decision-support, not professional advice — review before acting or sending.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using Sellmora at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
